自從全國升三級警戒應該已經一個禮拜了吧?

不是很清楚


本來嘛 都是在家重訓+去外面操場跑步有氧

可是三級之後 有氧徹底停了 沒地方跑

只剩重訓後,待在家又沒事幹就是吃...


越來越覺得朝增肌的方向去了,可是我現在是要減脂阿!!!

妳各位自從三級以來,胖幾公斤了...?

有氧怎麼辦呢? 跳tabata?
