各位好
小弟最近會把三頭特別拉出來加強一下
主要還是用啞鈴練 有時候萵苣的cable沒人
就會用cable練
之前爬文有說會建議三頭做三種不同方向
手心向上 cable單臂伸展
手心向下 cable槓子下壓
拳眼向上 纜繩下壓
請問還有推薦什麼
不一樣的單關節動作來刺激呢
