上班族的作息 - 健身

好不容易最近終於找到工作開始上班了
我5點就起床 空腹跑大概40分鐘 再多一點重訓 核心
洗完澡大概才7點
可是我9點才上班呀~~~~~~~~
中間實在是忍不住睡著 但又很怕睡過頭 睡睡醒醒的
工作大概8個小時 目前還沒有需要加班的跡象
結果回到家不到10點就睡著 2.3點就醒來了 整個醒到4點
這樣感覺真的很不健康耶XDDD
請問上班族們 都是怎麼調配運動時間的呀??
因為我覺得早上運動真的會讓人全身舒爽
移到晚上一整個就覺得很疲累QQ
