一直以來下半身總是比較肥胖
上半身骨瘦如柴 屁股大肩膀小
想為上半身拉點肌肉線條
因此先從鄭多燕跳起
現在跳的是YouTube第一代的四集影片(第一集是穿七分褲的 第二集是舉啞鈴 第三集是衣服腰有挖洞 第四集是針對下半身)
跳的目的比較偏向為上半身增加肌肉 最好肩膀也能寬點
下半身瘦不瘦不是重點
想請問大家覺得哪集能比較練到上半身
目前是都跳舉啞鈴的…
