照鏡子側看自己身體發現胸椎曲度怪怪的,體態不怎麼好看。
上胸椎過直導致上背看起來很弱,下胸椎曲度很大看起來闊背很大,整體很不均勻有點駝背
看些影片學者調整調整試試,做貓式會看到中背附近鼓起來,怎麼用力也沒辦法伸直,上胸椎怎麼
請問這脊椎的曲度可以做什麼動作改善呢?或者有推薦的運動按摩嗎?
