若以PreWorkOut的建議
通常是睡前六小時不要服用
這部分是咖啡因的影響
但我試過若在下午四點後重量訓練,即便不服用咖啡因
晚上十點甚至到十二點還是睡不太著,練完一兩小時之後會有點睡意,但到了睡眠時間睡意
反而消失
強迫自己入睡是可以,但睡眠品質變差
而試著很早很早的晨練則完全不影響睡眠(訓練跟就寢間隔超過12小時)
但晨練有力氣變小的感覺
但要上班,又不可能天天正中午去練
想請問這種情況有沒有什麼辦法可以輔助入睡
或是晨練的時候能迅速進入狀態
