屁股最大為95cm 大腿最胖處為60cm
三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:200ml牛奶一瓶 大約每三天會吃一個波羅麵包(7-11)
午餐:原本3碗左右 上周開始減少為2碗 2菜一肉一湯
晚餐:60元左右的食物 水餃、便當、XX麵,60元的外食 不特定吃什麼
其他:通常睡覺看電視會很想吃,三天吃一包零食這樣
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
8點起床上班
大部分坐辦公室不流汗
12:30吃完午餐 13:00~14:00午休
14:00~18:00坐教室不流汗
18:00~20:00運動
20:00~23:00打電腦
23:00~00:00躺著看電視
生活型態:(上班族)
運動習慣:
10年多沒有正常固定運動
9月開始每天都會打個2小時籃球
後來因為想跳高點所以來這邊看能不能稍微減個重
這周開始慢跑30分鐘左右,約5公里
心跳數不太知道要怎麼測量
跑完後還有體力會再去打個籃球
一個人投球...撿球...投球 不算太激烈。兩小時
我的問題:
今天去康是美量了一下體脂終於可以發問
不過體脂有點讓我失望 本以為會比量出來的還高
不過我也在懷疑不準
雖然上半身還算可以 不過我的大腿跟屁股真的是肥到一個不行
bmi也算是在標準的臨界點了
自認應該還有很多脂肪可以去除才對
本身很愛吃甜的及油炸
從小都是大腿胖 其他還好 所以也沒特別去控制
目前的bmi是人生新高
所以也覺得之前的甜炸一定有殘留很多
當然目前是盡量不要吃這些東西
不過不清楚目前我的飲食有沒有達到基代?
因為看起來好像會不到 如此我就可以補一下甜炸或睡前零食
爬文有看到要瘦局部有難度
所以姑且就以正確的方法來瘦一下再說
想看看以我這樣的飲食狀況加上運動
是否還勉強算是正確的呢?
