我左右臀和兩腿有肌力不平衡的問題
左腿比較僵硬尺寸也比右邊大
我在做皮拉提斯弓箭步時
會覺得左邊比較緊
動作比較吃力
問過幾個老師都說肌力訓練反而左右兩邊要一樣
但我在網路上看到的說法
比較緊的那邊要壓久一點
請問要怎麼訓練才正確呢?
