胖很久了,因為某些原因,
下定決心開始改變自己,請大家指教,感謝!
我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的新手專區:是
基本資料
性別:女(男/女)
年齡:28
身高:160
體重:63.7
BMI:24.9(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:30.9
三餐內容
早餐:全麥土司夾萵苣、鮪魚(不加美乃滋)+中杯無糖豆漿or
全麥蔬菜捲餅+中杯無糖豆漿
午餐:正常吃便當,但飯量稍減
晚餐:因為外宿,所以以7-11沙拉(150~250大卡)為主 配無糖高纖豆漿或脫脂牛奶
其他:下午--水果一份
日常作息時間:八點半上班,五點半下班。睡眠時間23:30~7:30
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
每隔一天:X-BIKE 15公里,心跳數約130~150左右
時間配合時,偶爾會去跳有氧舞蹈一小時,約一個月2~3次
我的問題:
1.飲食部份是否需要再行調整?
2.因為現在運動量太少,但是因為腳踝有舊傷,不是很適合跑步,
想要把上班的方式由騎機車變成走路上班(約3.5公里路程),
想要請教多久時間內走完比較適合?這樣運動量是否足夠?
3.X-BIKE的表實在太歡樂,我看了好多人轉速都非常快,
但我實在是無法持續長時間維持高轉速,請問有沒有什麼循序漸進的方法,
可以幫助我良好地使用它?
