參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:火腿起司蛋+無糖豆漿 or 超商39/49早餐(抓500卡以下)
午餐:便當 (三菜一肉那種,盡量挑沒炸的) 飯吃一半
晚餐:同上
其他:
每天會喝600~1200cc的無糖茶
水固定喝1500~2000cc
一個禮拜會喝2~3次手搖杯 微糖or半糖
日常作息時間:
晚上12~早上7點
其他時間大部分都坐著 囧
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
待業中~
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
禮拜1.3.5 踏步機35分鐘(阻力5) 心跳160~170
禮拜2.4 鄭多燕 第二片(啞鈴那片)
禮拜6 鄭多燕 第二片+30分鐘x-bike 心跳140~150
我的問題:
這樣會吃太多或吃太少嗎?
這樣吃到現在大概兩個禮拜
體重就沒變XDDD
還是運動量不夠呢 囧"
有去看過新陳代謝科 醫生是說沒問題 但有些高血壓
月經正常~"~
