午餐:豆干6片+無糖豆漿20元一大包那種(重訓前) // 地瓜*1+中華豆腐配蜂蜜(下午游泳)
晚餐:(6點) 地瓜稀飯 + 水煮海鮮or清蒸魚肉 // 茶葉蛋*2+八寶粥
其他:天天會沖泡茶葉、絕對不吃油炸、油煎食物
日常作息時間:睡眠00:30 - 8:30, 白天讀書寫程式,中午重訓or下午游泳
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
1 周末除外,平時間歇式自由式游30分鐘+30普通自由式 (水中心跳不知道怎麼量)
2 一周重量訓練2- 3次 ,每次1.5小時 (痠痛會持續2-3天的分量)
3 偶而週末會去爬山(非階梯或是平緩步道,連續45分無休息上爬)
或是慢跑9KM
我的問題:
1.通常在睡覺前會"很"餓,我都喝些蜂蜜可以嗎?
2.這種進度,能否在暑假結束前,最少瘦5KG嗎?
