鐵人三項包含三種很棒的有氧運動(跑步、游泳、自行車)
可是很少讓小朋友知道有氧運動的重要
所以才斗膽在這裡跟大家分享一個兒童夏令營
一起將有氧運動向下扎根

百事特小鐵人夏令營是目前唯一一個專為兒童舉辦的鐵人三項運動營隊
今年會請鐵人三項國手魏振展和台灣泳后程琬容擔任講師
用有趣的方式教小朋友正確的跑步、自行車與游泳的訓練方式
時間:8/4(四)-8/6(六)
地點:新北市福隆貢寮龍門露營區
