三餐內容
早餐:內容不一定,列出近幾日的早餐內容,基本上內容都差不多
1. 肉粽一顆 (拳頭大小左右)
2. 水餃六到十顆 (灣仔碼頭的水餃)
3. 大肉包一個 (橋頭大肉包)
4. 油飯一碗 (量大約比一個肉粽多一點)
簡單的說早餐就是我媽咪把冰箱有的東西拿出來給我吃....
所以內容五花八門....都是媽媽的愛心>///<
午餐:基本上都是自己帶便當
白飯一碗+兩種青菜(總量約三到四份)+一份肉
有時候有飯後甜點水果一份 很偶爾的時候甜點會是我最愛的果凍
晚餐:晚餐基本上也都在家裡吃
白飯半碗+兩種青菜(總量約兩到三份)+一份肉+爾偶多加一份魚
其他:公司下午常常都會訂飲料
目前很努力想戒飲料,但是不和大家訂有時候他們量又會湊不齊
所以偶爾會跟他們一起訂
但是一定會半糖去冰(我不能接受不甜的飲料,我情願喝水)
飲料會盡量放到不冰了再喝
偶爾回家肚子餓會吃點零食
家裡有時候會有一些喜餅之類的食物
日常作息時間:晚上約12點睡
早上七點起床
生活型態:上班族 (坐辦公桌的OL)
減肥方式:目前主要實施的幾點
1. 每天晚上慢跑+走路一個小時或是騎腳踏車一小時
2. 晚上七點以後禁食 (我有時候下班六點多才到家...)
3. 盡量戒飲料....但是公司還是有辦公室文化阿XD
(明明自己就很愛喝飲料阿....毆飛)
4. 坐辦公室一到兩個小時盡量起來走走或動一下
問題陳述:想請問我的減肥方式有什麼地方需要修正的嗎
或是目前我的菜單有哪裡可以改進的...
請大家批小力一點吧
