X-BIKE剛買沒多久
送來每天都堅持騎30分以上
昨天家裡附近施工關係
整個里停電 就休息ㄧ天
今天想說要好好運動ㄧ下
可是下樓梯太急
摔到靠近腳踝的腳背那個地方腫得比雞蛋還大 (痛)
我的減肥計畫 好多難關要闖
我不會輕易放棄的!!!!!!!!(挺)
我每天都吃到基代唷
雖然體重掉很慢
可是一個月後 我的內臟脂肪從 7->6
體脂肪從 33.5 ->32.8
體重59.58 -> 57左右
臉也變紅潤很多
可是會有好幾天沒辦法運動了T_T (痛痛痛)
還有ㄧ大段的路要走 我要堅持!
