前幾天久違的練硬舉
因為動作姿勢不正確
導致下背酸痛
坐椅子、彎腰綁鞋帶有些困難
比較特別的是這幾天
飲食沒有什麼改變
卻一直放屁,還真很臭
回想去年閃到腰休息期間
也是一直放屁
有人跟我一樣嗎
傷到下背跟一直放屁有什麼關系?
