下背肌力問題 - 健身

各位健身前輩們 小弟剛入門健身行列
發現自己在深蹲以及仰臥起坐的時候覺得下背不適
經爬文發現似乎是下背肌力不足
想要特別鍛鍊下背肌群
以下有兩種機器
第一種是機械式的

想請問各位前輩比較會推薦哪一種呢?
感覺第二種如果要加重似乎是兩手抱著槓片,這樣感覺又讓手臂增加負擔
亦或是像小弟這種狀況只需做多組訓練
以肌耐力為主或是需要做大重量為主
請各位前輩開示!
