下腹的鬆肉要怎麼瘦 - 健身

各位版大好,小弟有個很大的疑惑....
目前維持每週有三到四次的有氧,
主要都是跑步機,
每次35分鐘,強度我不太會看,
反正我每次跑完螢幕上顯示大概都消耗400卡路里
自行接觸重訓一段時間了,
大概就是分部位練,12-15下/組、6-8組力竭
沒有練得多壯,只能說有點線條吧!
體重目前64公斤,體脂肪很久沒量。
飲食的部分,
早餐多吃早餐店的肉排吐司(原型肉那種)
午餐晚餐本身沒有忌口,
飯大概都是半碗,其餘都是吃青菜或肉吃飽,
本身完全不吃炸物燒烤,
很喜歡吃青菜,
每天都會去買杯手搖去冰無糖紅茶拿鐵來喝,
但我的下腹不管我怎麼捲、練核心他就是不會消失
這是目前的體態

想請問各位朋友,
我應該怎麼做會更好呢......
