小弟178/70
變胖的速度快到全部的褲子扣子都無法舒服的扣著
也不想買較大號的褲子來逃避現實
但一直以來都沒有運動的習慣加上有氣喘
對任何運動都產生不了興趣
小時候測體適能大概都要花17.18分鐘才能跑完1600公尺
去年嘗試一次跑步
只是我的運動知識沒有很充足
不知道是呼吸問題還是姿勢問題
大概半跑半走持續二十分鐘後眼前就黑一半
當時覺得自己快掛了連走回家都要扶著牆壁走
想請問板上的前輩們
像我這樣的弱雞有什麼適合的慢跑菜單
