每次下定決心要慢跑,
可是在這常下雨的台北,
實在一下雨就不知道該做什麼運動> <
頂多睡前做50下仰臥起坐,空中騎腳踏車
不過總覺得這樣運動效果根本不夠!!
可以請問各位大大提供下雨天如何持續運動減肥嗎?
真的很想瘦!!!!!!
