早餐: costco炭燒咖啡 (6.8 kcal / 2 g) + 林鳳營低脂鮮奶 ~= 300 c.c 拿鐵
無糖優酪乳 200 c.c. ( 自己養的酵母菌 + 200c.c低脂鮮奶 )
到中午前餓的話喝 " 萬歲牌元氣堅果飲 (93 kcal)"
午餐: 雞絲飯 + 燙青菜 或
便利商店便當 ( 熱量控制在500kcal左右 ) 或
市售廣東粥 + 1湯匙肉鬆
晚餐: 份量約午餐 2 / 3
其他: 晚上七點之後不進食
下午肚子餓的話吃水果
日常作息時間:
睡眠: 00:30 - 06 : 30
運動一天30分鐘 一個禮拜想辦法至少擠出三天
其他時間就是上班、吃飯、洗澡 only
生活型態:研究生
減肥方式:每周三次,每次慢跑30分鐘 ( 若有時間會增加天數 )
問題陳述:請問目前的計劃對於減肥的成功率有多少??
