不好意思...剛剛寫的不清楚,所以刪掉重新寫一篇~
我從1/31開始運動那時的體重是53公斤。
每天跳鄭多燕一個小時(紅帽子+啞鈴)
我的體重卻變重一公斤了!
我的基代:1355
我的三餐
早餐:無糖豆漿,陪麵包或地瓜
午餐:便當,配菜和主菜全部吃光,
還會在帶一小碗青菜。會吃1/3的飯。
中午會吃水果,大概有一個中碗的量。
晚餐:和中餐一樣但量減半,
但飯量大概只有3~4口。
雖然我知道初期開始運動體重會變重
但是會變這麼多嗎?
還是因為我生理期所以變重嗎?
我會不會一直這樣胖下去呢?
還是我太緊張,太追求數字了...
因為我以前也是從很胖瘦下來~
所以很害怕在胖回去,所以看到數字上升
我就很不安...
請大家給我點意見吧!感謝大家!
