不同的運動模式一樣的心跳率的消耗身體熱量的效果是否一樣? - 健身

如題
我目前想到兩個例子
1.游泳 排除非因肌肉使用而散失的身體能量(ex.水導熱)
2.跑步 也排除週圍空氣的導走的身體能量
在心跳率都一樣的情況下
只考慮肌肉使用的熱量消耗
Q1:兩者的消耗是不是一樣?
我認為:
因為跑步很容易加強肌肉使的力 更大力蹬硬地就是了
但是游泳蹬推的是液態水 大力有時卻會漏抓水 不像跑步一樣單純
且跑步用的是離心遠的下肢 營養需求需要被加強的傳送
所以跑步比較容易衝心跳數
Q2:所以如果以心跳率為燃能的依歸的話 似乎跑步比較單純?
