之前都是一星期練六天,因為時間的關係改成作一修一,小腿、斜方、二三頭都不練
了腹部只做棒式。
吃的部分一樣是一天五餐,這個月還迷上巧克力酥片,在costco買了很多來吃
沒想到測出來的結果還不錯,是我現在還不需要到一周練六天的程度嗎?
