小弟健身一段時間了 以目前的身材穿衣服好看
已經覺得相當足夠
目前不打算讓肌肉繼續增大 想以維持 減脂為主 應該如何改變菜單?
before:
一個禮拜去5天左右
一天練一肌群
胸 18組+3組夾胸
手 二頭 三頭 各15組
肩 15組
背 15組
腿 15組
腹肌則是做一休一 每次12組
每組約8~10下
請問我除了加入有氧運動外 應該如何調整菜單?
