不好意思, 借標題
因為我看到本篇的推文 頗驚訝的
我跟原PO運動量差不多, 162.5 / 58 目標體重48
體脂肪約29%上下跑(我是用兩點式的,所以起床時間不一樣會差距比較大)
一天一個小慢跑 ,一周六天 , 偶爾上上跳舞課, 會再花40分鐘小小使用重訓器材
開始減肥是兩個月, 認真跑步是一個月, 但目前的效果卻有點失落...
我吃幾乎都是自己燙青菜+肉+麵條 簡單扮一扮
目前兩個月下來只瘦了1.8KG 體脂肪只下降1.1% 實在很氣餒
可是看到大家的推文 都說原PO運動量太低
我其實有疑問 原來這樣的運動量還不夠喔???
這是我這三天的慢跑狀況

我是女生, 大部分我一小時跑到7公里已經快到極限 很累跑不下去了
而且心跳還會到150幾.160幾的狀態
可是如果照大家說要拼到一個小時跑10KG 那不就心跳飆到180~190 ??
那不就算是無氧運動了???
這個部份我不太懂
那假如要到10公里 我可能需要花到快兩個小時 可是很多人不是說
一天一個小時有氧是最好的狀態??
還有一禮拜跑六天算多嗎??
對了,順便想問, 每次跑都痛左膝蓋, 是因為姿勢關係嗎??
這個我實在不知道該怎麼調整阿......>"<
