不知對不對 - 減肥

體脂率:33.8%

三餐內容
早餐:麥當勞滿福堡+零卡可樂或雜糧麵包+爽健美茶
午餐:家裡的便當(白飯一碗+肉+蛋+青菜)
晚餐:燙青菜+切片水果
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:晚上12:00睡~早上8點起來,9點~7點上班
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
一天跑4000m左右,不過因為太久沒運動,所以目前只能最多跑到1000m,其他是用走的
心跳數跑的時候還滿高的150
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
因為體脂居然比100公斤的人還高,實在太震驚了
可能是零食吃太多了(之前天天都會買蛋糕或巧克力or餅乾來吃,不然就是吃速食)
加上多年來沒有運動的習慣,腳很容易抽筋
所以就開始運動了,主要的目的是想養成運動的習慣
減肥倒是次要的,倒是希望自己的體態能藉著運動好一點
開始運動幾天後倒是有個小發現,腳不再抽筋了,不曉得是否跟運動是有關係?
