跟朋友打了賭要在十月前比誰的體脂率降的多
因為賭的有點大 嚇得我想要馬上動起來
但這個決定實在太突然了 一時不知道該從哪裡改善起...
(打完上面的表格發覺該改善的問題很多啊...)
因此想請問板上的大大們
應該從運動還是飲食開始著手改變呢?
(飲食我確定是全部NG啦哈哈)
然後因為長年沒有運動的關係
光是平常走出門買食物(約500公尺)都讓我累的跟狗一樣
體育課老師要求棒式一分鐘也是不到30秒就趴下去
所以想請問有沒有適合新手的運動
真的賭太大了 必須贏了這場賭注啊嗚嗚嗚
