三餐內容:
早餐:
A.白饅頭加蛋加醬油+無糖豆漿一杯400ml
B.漢堡蛋+7-11無糖拿鐵中杯
C.肉排蛋堡+7-11無糖拿鐵中杯
早餐我大多會吃比較多
基本上就是這三種交換
早午餐:
快12點會再吃根香蕉或一顆枸杞饅頭
吃完12點半去騎飛輪45分鐘
午餐:運動完會補一根香蕉
午晚餐:自備便當
糙米燕麥飯3/4碗+青菜一份+洋蔥炒肉一份
晚餐:半碗白飯跟一些青菜
其他:偶爾會喝一杯親愛的白咖啡(有糖)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
早上七點起床上班
到公司八點吃早餐
晚上七點到家
生活型態:上班族
健康狀況:(是/否)良好
今年年初剖腹生產
運動習慣:無
這個月才開始運動
1-5都會去騎飛輪
六日帶小孩無法運動
因為我是上班媽媽 下班要趕回去顧小孩
所以只能利用中午休息時間去健身房騎飛輪
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我一直覺得我是不是吃太多
可是爬文說運動前後吃東西會有幫助
運動兩個禮拜今天早上量體重都沒變
雖然我知道不要在意數字
可是體態也沒變化
產後肥胖真的很難減.....
希望版上大大可以提供一些建議
