不知道這樣減正不正常 待批 - 減肥

基本資料
性別:(男/女)
年齡:20
身高:187
體重:110→85(11月到現在)
BMI:24.3
體脂率:25%→16.7%(11月到現在)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:1.饅頭夾蛋+1杯無糖豆漿 有時+1個100g的優格或香蕉
2.馬可的麵包2片配生菜和雞胸肉+1杯無糖豆漿
有時+1個100g的優格或香蕉
午餐:通常是自助餐1主菜3附菜 或是 素食6蔬菜+豆腐
計畫以來好像沒碰過炸物了= =
晚餐:1.同午餐
2.比較沒食慾的時候→1條地瓜+生菜+雞胸肉配豆漿
+1片馬可麵包
其他:不吃宵夜 每天喝2000cc以上的水
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
11點前睡 6點半起床 (沒要事的話)
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
1.慢跑:體重比較重所以沒有久跑1.3.5下午5點跑5000m/30min
2.游泳:1禮拜大概3~4次 游一小時自由式3000~3500m
3.籃球:2.4晚上6點到10點 球隊以操體能為主
4.重訓:這方面比較缺乏...只有2個4公斤的啞鈴
和做做仰臥起坐.伏地挺身
我的問題:稍微改了一下菜單不知道有沒有錯.基代應該是1900多的樣子
很怕溜溜球會在自己身上發生= =
想加入重訓可是只能在住處,希望大家能給點推薦的讓我做做!
