高中時開始第一次減肥 那時候是用少吃幾乎不動的方法
後來到大學 開始加入運動(踏步機)
一直到現在 總覺得要減肥就是要運動
有種動了才能提升代謝的感覺
直到最近 診斷出有(腰)椎間盤突出 瞬間 我習慣的運動都不能了(比利大叔 慢跑)
老實說有打擊到.. 因為沒有運動的減肥我真的很沒信心..
覺得靠少吃會減到基代 溜溜球...
我現在連快走都沒辦法 不曉得該怎麼辦 ~"~
希望大家能給我一些建議 謝謝!!
(身體資訊:BMI 20.9左右 女 年齡24 最主要想減體脂 體脂約28)
