減重期間 為了降低食慾 增加飽足感 我都吃一些會脹氣 增加胃酸的食物
像豆類製品 糯米 洋蔥 饅頭 洋車前子 這類的食物
因為食物會脹氣 增加胃酸 所以自然而然就不想吃東西
這樣吃了兩個月 體重的確減輕不少
不過長期下來 身體總是不太舒服 加上排便不順 肚子總是脹脹的
因此 為了能夠排便順利 我都會喝一瓶936cc的鮮奶
利用乳糖不耐症的身體反應 幫助排便
不知道這樣的減重方式 是否正常??
有沒有其他更好的減重方式??
請各位減重達人多多指教
