這兩個月開始運動,有氧重訓並行,雖然光看體重機完全看不出來,有時候好像還會重一點,但自己跟同事都有覺得好像看起來痩了,而且培養好固定運動的習慣也很踏實!
有個問題,自從運動以後,我好像更容易餓!一般都是吃香蕉、蛋、直銷牌奶昔止餓,而剛運動完,我會超餓!像是血糖過低,脾氣還比較暴躁!像今天中午運動完,超餓的我吃了subway火雞胸堡,去逛書店大概半小時還是餓了,就又去吃了十顆水餃。
所以想請問,所謂減重不要餓是指有餓感多久?
還有水餃這食物會很糟糕嗎?我超常吃水餃!
