不設定休息日容易肌肉太僵硬嗎? - 健身

大概半年前菜單改成無休息日,原本是一週休一日完全不練,
但改成這樣後發現練完背或三角後,
第二或第三天肩頸很容易僵硬不適,嚴重時造成偏頭痛,
(我本就有偏頭痛問題)
想請問,休息日的設定是否是必要的,
如果肌肉長期在僵硬的狀況,應該如何調整或放鬆?
