最近騎了X-Bike,我騎的方式是每一段都十分鐘,由深入淺,可以騎到一小時半
在騎車過程中我都會使用護膝,以減少運動傷害
但是一個月之後我發現我右膝蓋很緊,走路不舒服,稍微移動也很不行
不至於行動不便,但就是卡卡的,
我一直等我膝蓋好一點繼續騎BIKE,如果還是不行我得割愛了ˊˋ
幾年前有跑步習慣,可是我跑不快,是有點像用跑的姿勢去慢慢走,
一小時連續跑約十五圈共六公里,似乎對膝蓋很傷,
不想失去任何運動習慣,畢竟已經很胖還不運動是很恐怖的事情,
所以想請問版友們,有沒有對膝蓋負擔比較小的運動
游泳是我下下之選,我的時間跟地點比較難配合,謝謝大家了^^
