自從開始工作之後
飲食習慣大大改變
從原本的52>到56, 2個月內
不曉得是天氣冷作祟
還是壓力太大
我開始暴飲暴食
一餐可以吃好幾人份
明明不會餓
但是就會不自覺的把房間可以吃的東西吃光光
如果吃光光 就會騎摩托車出去買一堆繼續吃
有時候一餐就吃了波霸奶茶,鍋貼,捲心酥,肉包,菜包
還曾經一餐吃了四個麵包
(三餐都有吃)
今天早上一次吃下:飯糰,饅頭,蔥油餅加蛋+乳酪麵包+豆漿
每次吃完肚子都很撐
可是都會控制不了自己的暴食
告訴自己要正常吃東西和運動
才會有健康的身體和心情
所以還會安排自己去健身房運動或是學校運動
但是我發現我太容易衝破理智線
遊走在理性與爆走之間
我好焦慮
牛仔褲愈來愈緊
肚子愈來愈凸
心情愈來愈差
愈來愈沒自信
眼尖的同事最近也發現我肚子變大
我還義鎮言詞說 我本來就有肚子!
不想讓別人看到我脆弱爆肥的一面
對於昔日好友/同學的邀約也都一一推辭
很怕被人說:你變胖了
就像一把刀狠狠的往心臟叉上去
我好想變回原來的52kg
好難過
怎麼覺得好難
