中藥減肥到底有沒有效=((((( - 美體

我也是身經百戰試過多種減肥效果的人,
大學時最重66公斤,然後靠某家代餐減肥,瘦了快10公斤,
但停掉後體重連本帶利回來體脂肪還上升....
本來現在存著一絲希望,
也在台南看一家頗有名的中醫針灸+吃藥,目前大概去了快兩個月
記得剛去的時候73多公斤,現在70.5
去的第一天幫我講解的護理小姐拿了一張減肥食譜給我,
但我才看一次我就扔進回收筒了,
因為我覺得食譜內容比之前網路上傳的榮總三日減肥餐還狠= =,
不但不能吃甜食油炸,還有每天澱粉不能吃超過1/4碗白飯的量(才兩口飯吧)..
廢話...真的照他給的食譜吃我不用來診所也會瘦...
(上次失敗後,知道澱粉原來不可以一天才吃這麼少)
減肥如果完全不能吃
剛開始寫飲食日誌時還很老實紀錄每天的東西,
但後來發現只要一天當中有出現麵包類,或是超過一次澱粉食物就被念,
(例如晚餐吃家裡煮的無糖薏仁綠豆湯也被念說澱粉吃太多...)
整個覺得很煩我就不再寫了....
所以從頭到尾還是照吃喜歡的東西,但我會稍微挑過,甜食油炸也有減量,
加上他開的中藥也有抑制食慾,
我不知道我體重這樣非常緩慢的掉是不是也因為自己有控制飲食的關係= =a
雖然每次都被護理小姐唸說進度很慢...問我有沒有偷吃東西之類的,
但我想不要照吃那份食譜才比較健康吧....
(我也是聽人家說這家很有名才去看,
大概大家都照他給的食譜吃,我好像是去砸人家的招牌XD)
講了那麼多,看起來我的醫生非常有良心XD
現在看到原來有人吃中藥吃到洗腎...我正在考慮等這次療程結束就放棄好了...

一點用都沒有就算了,還一堆副作用而且還又胖了一些… 囧
