先聲明,我是有看中醫埋線減重
不過主要是調身體,減重為輔
昨天回診時,我的中醫把脈後告訴我,之前氣虛好不容易稍微調回來一些
結果又變嚴重了!
我就跟他說我的運動時間拉長
除了半小時的快走,x-bike的時間也從半小時也拉長到一小時
醫師就建議我騎x-bike的時間縮短
可是我這一小時都覺得不喘沒有負擔啊
(我阻力3,時速維持25~30間)
被這樣一說,我好困擾喔!
