想請問我瑜珈已經上了一年課了
每週一次 一次一小時半
老師每次上課都會要我們做拜日式
其中有一個姿勢是下犬式
我發現我上了一年的課
我大腿小腿後面的筋還是超硬
做下犬式時腳跟都踩不到地
請問有人的筋跟我一樣硬的嗎?
感覺自己是練瑜珈的朽木
