算是半快走半爬山一年多了...因為我住陽明山上很適合隨時散步XD
因為不是想要減肥,只是想單純運動運動,
所以不是很在意心跳有沒有超過130,只要運動完能夠安然入睡我就心
滿意足了(茶)
運動的頻率大概是一個禮拜三四次,固定來回山路八點六公里,
沿途風景美妙空氣清新,歡迎有空的各位跟我一起走跳~
差點忘了我的小小疑問,在這樣的運動強度下邊走邊喘邊抽菸,
會特別有甚麼不好嗎?
我知道抽菸不好但是一個人走真的很寂寞啊...。
