如題
印象很深刻是之前大吃的時候
每到固定吃飯時間 就會開始餓
不吃的話會餓到爆 肚子很痛==
最近開始增加食量
又遇到這種情況了 剛剛就被餓醒
不過我記得我沒在早晨固定進食的說
只是以前也會這樣
所以一直無法睡好XD 一定在5-6小時就餓醒了
有沒有人有類似情況啊@@
覺得這還蠻神奇的
