各位巨巨好
前陣子乳清沒了 想說這陣子都改吃肉就好了
平常蛋白質部分的攝取 就是牛肉或雞胸跟乳清去搭配
奇怪的是這陣子沒吃乳清 重訓後 隔天肌肉痠痛感跟恢復期好像變長了
跟乳清有關係嗎 我的觀察拉XD
