如果人長期盯著電腦螢幕,睫狀肌就會長期處於收縮的緊張狀態,從而引起交感神經興奮。而自律神經是存在于人的脊髓之中,從腦部延伸出來,通過脊髓一直連接至人的臀部。當交感神經處於興奮狀態時,就會引起自律神經紊亂,從而導致內分泌失調,最終內分泌失調導致肥胖
