正文開始:
二頭肌(Biceps),簡單說可以分成長頭跟短頭。
長頭:從三角(肩膀)連接至...你所謂的紅圈圈(手肘內側),偏身體外側。
如果你平時沒出力時,從側面看起來,視覺效果要好要著重練長頭,長度從你著床那時就決定了。
也就是說,你可以加粗你的肌肉纖維,但他無法變長,你認命吧。
短頭:偏身體內側,正面,收縮時突起的肌肉,短頭占重要地位(高度),但平時看不太到
訓練法:
由啞鈴位於手軸位置在身體的前中後,有所不同的著重:(通常在拉的動作會用到)
前:著重短頭
中:著重長頭
握法也會有不同感受,包含寬中窄以及掌心向內、向前、向後,感受度都不一樣。
多嘗試後來分享吧 (我覺得會寫文章的人真厲害 寫了半天沒幾個字 = =)
個人是沒特地去練二頭,多做背部動作自然就會練到
