五個月了 - 減肥

我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的版規:是
之前三個月的時候有發一次心得,但那時其實看不太出來有什麼差別
直到最近,忽然發現我也看的出來一咪咪腹肌線了耶!>///<

體重從56.x~57.x -> 55.x~56.x
體脂從30%->27%
開始規律的運動 + 吃對的食物後,到現在都沒感冒過
體力也變好許多,以前中午一定要午睡,現在不睡也可以一路到晚上睡覺時間才想睡
MC來前也不再變身成大食怪,肚子痛、心情不好那些毛病也都消失了
當然每週還是會有可以吃垃圾食物的一天啦 XD
一開始的運動是以有氧舞蹈和瑜珈為主
這兩個月加入慢跑後,結果現在減肥反而對我來說是次要的目標 QQ
現在的目標是10K跑在1HR內
目前1K已經可以跑在6分~6分半速內了
已經報名了下個月開始的跑步基礎班,希望上完可以進步到6分速!
感謝有這個版讓我學到很多知識
但副作用好像是聽到朋友說出不對的觀念時會很想糾正 XD
還有感謝我娘把我生的這麼好,都只減到該減的地方,不該減的地方都沒減到
