我的身高158cm 體重53公斤
這體重其實已經在52-54維持了一年多(曾經因為短暫的內分泌失調飆到56過)
雖然可能會有人說我這體重可以不用減 但是我最好看的樣子其實是在47公斤
目前有每周約3-4天的慢跑 (一次約35分鐘/4000m)
其實我跑得很不持續(早上爬不起來@@)
然後我又很愛吃 忌不了口(今天吃了一顆紅豆麻糬跟兩口提拉米蘇奶凍) 囧
但是 真的很想在5月底前瘦下3公斤
如果可以的話 希望維持在4字頭
最近剛好有朋友約要游泳 說可以免費教我
因為其實自己並不是很喜歡跑步時的無聊感(我沒有mp3之類的@@)
也不喜歡那種很熱 全身汗的感覺
所以想砸錢買泳裝去游泳
(都胖在下半身 誇張到很多褲子穿不下 聽說游泳可以修飾)
好吧~我知道飲食一定要控制 我會想辦法節制
(最近媽媽料理上開始用水煮或蒸的了^^)
只是 有可能瘦下三公斤嗎?? 謝謝
唉~真羨慕不會胖的人~><
