過去我的食量蠻驚人的 (雖然體重還是維持住)
不然就是因為我還在發育
但歲月如太空梭 我的發育期也過去了
不能再像過去那樣瘋狂的大吃大喝
像版大們所說
要是低於基代......我一輩子就要...
我不要吃鳥食啊~~~~~~~~(淚奔)
所以我今天吃了一碗素炒飯(一個便當盒那麼滿)還+番茄醬
下午約三點吃了一顆芭樂
又泡了烏龍茶茶包
晚餐吃了..........................
蜜汁雞便當!!!!!!!!!!!(還附蔬菜湯)
吃完後
運動一個鐘頭的快走
(太飽沒辦法跑)
這樣熱量不知道多少了 (我是估1300左右)
明天還是認命點別吃太OVER好了
至於早餐為啥沒吃 ... 因為我每天都睡過頭 = =
等到有吃飯時間已經是快中午了
