我今天去跑步了...但是我發現我跑不動了..
好不容易要去運動但是心有餘而力不足
沒辦法像很多人一樣連續跑30分鐘....
請問我ㄧ開始應該怎麼分配比較好...
因為我想要瘦阿XD....X
