我的問題:
其實只是有點灰心,去年進公司的時候有先體檢
那個時候沒特別運動習慣,偶爾一周跑步跑個一兩次。
身高169.3體重61 (沒量體脂肪)
但今天去體檢,雖然長高的但是體重卻重了兩公斤 ...
體脂肪21% BMI換算下來是21.5
但越減越胖,真的讓我有點灰心。
有沒有什麼建議能給我的,感謝 Q____Q
