只好靠一直吃東西來提振自己精神
家裡菜一堆零食一堆飲料一堆
希望自己能節制點
找些低卡的來吃喝就好
唉年紀大了真的熬不起來了
以前那種半夜一二點才睡的勁已經被三歲女兒磨光了
唉
