請問慢跑完吃哪一類食物比較恰當呢 - 健身

我的慢跑時間依班是安排在七點多
下午四點
會吃一點點麵包點心的補充碳水化合物
慢跑約一個小時 跑完大概八九點
以減脂為目標
不過跑完之後等於沒吃晚餐
雖然不太會餓
可是還是很習慣的買宵夜來吃
這樣是滿糟糕的可總還是得吃東西
請問有沒有什麼建議的食物
在有氧運動之後吃比較OK
